Customer Support Executive (Work From Office)
Location:
Noida / Ghaziabad / Greater Noida
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide accurate solutions.
Assist customers with product or service-related issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
Escalate complex issues to higher support when needed.
Meet performance metrics like call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Work in rotational shifts as required.
Qualification:
12th pass or any graduate can apply.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are eligible.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Customer-oriented attitude and ability to handle pressure.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month (depending on experience and role)
Other Details:
Work from office only.
Rotational shifts (day and night).
